Brothers,

I would like to invite you to attend Pearl of the West Lodge, your lodge, to see what changes have been made in recent months. We are pursuing a greater level of fun and fellowship, intended to expand your mind through masonic education and entertainment, all at a reduced annual cost. We will be communicating with you monthly to help you plan your own schedules. We will be having a fellowcraft degree on February 18th and will possibly be putting on a master mason degree that same month. Again I ask you you to come over and see why Pearl of the West is being talked about as the place to go and be part of.

Brethren,

2007 has been a great year and with our slate of officers, 2008 should be outstanding! With the ideas our new master Glenn has, I think we can look forward to an entertaining and productive year. Also, with our younger energetic officers, I believe we can look forward to a more active lodge this year and for several years to come. I am looking forward to this.

We are going to do something different this year with the Trestleboard. We will be putting it out monthly so that you can better keet up to date with what’s going on.

Just to let you know, the stove in the kitchen has been repaired, thanks to our brother Buck and his appliance store in Hudson. Our stove is antique and yet he was able to supply us with enough burners to replace all our dead burners for a great discount. Thank you, Buck.

Brethren,

As the new year begins I am confident that our Craft will experience positive changes that should benefit us for many years to come. Leadership is strong and supportive and the attendance continues to grow.

The position of Junior Warden poses a slight training curve to me and I will do my very best to serve our Lodge well. Thanks to Brother Ray Vance for getting me off to a great start.

Brothers,

I want to thank all of you that made 2007 a great year for Pearl of the West. Our finances are on a better footing, ritual work kept us busy and our new brothers are active with different duties according to their wishes and our needs. Let's all work with our new Master and his officers to make 2008 another great year.
